HOW TO SCREW UP...

...your Jiu Jitsu game. Eat an amazingly delicious Filipino breakfast like this that's incredibly bad for you, except for that sliced tomato of course. But holy shit, it's good.

2 Filipino hot dogs, 2 longonisa sausages, 2 eggs, garlic fried rice and that tomato slice.
