If you know Rod, you know that this guy is living testament to the word ALOHA. And you can taste it in his food (especially his char siu!). Seriously, a guy with something that perhaps was a small hobby turned up to the next level. He's got BBQ down to a science, with a bunch of bubbling beakers and glass tubes, laboratory type shit. Big time mahalos to him once again.

Pay back would be impossible but serving a slice each of Ted's Mac Nut and Chocolate Haupia was a delight to see him taking a break and enjoying a little something-something.

Thanks again Rod, this guy frickin rules. Him and his better half Bev should be on the Travel Channel! Amazing, great couple. Some real choice people to know.
