TEMPURA TIME

This one sent in from my MOM back in Hawaii, the person responsible for getting me into good food! 

She had her weekend started off with batch of perfectly tempura fried yummy goodness. Many of my homeboys even got to eat at few meals that my mom prepared which I think was one of the most memorable times ever.

"It's shrimp, green beans from our garden and potato croquettes. There was a lot more shrimp but your dad ate them before I could take the picture".
