HEAVENLY BEEF

Coming home to finding this steaming on the kitchen counter was a treat to say the least. Big time love and alohas goes out to my wife!

Sasha says, "cross cut grass fed Rib Roast wrapped in a Smoked Pork Rind with an Ancho Chili Rub and Smoked Paprika."

It tasted amazing. Fucking amazing. Wish I took better pictures.
