...JAPANESE DINNER!

4 pack of salmon collars were $4.15 at Marukai the other day. So dinner was a roasted salmon collar, bok choy with shiitake mushrooms simmered in homemade chicken broth, and a FRESH raw egg from our chickens cracked over brown rice with some shoyu.
