MOM'S HOMEMADE GYOZA

My mom showed up in LB for thanksgiving, left all the good grindz back home to hang out with us!

She packed a cooler filled with her special gyoza filling and made us some while she was here.

They were perfectly crispy-burnt on the bottom for supreme crunchy goodness. I like how Sasha put it, "I could eat a thousand of these..."

  1. What is the Gyoza filling made of? They kind of look like Perogies my Polish grandmother used to make. Is it kind of the same thing?

  2. Pork and veggies... yeah, very very similar. There's like a dozen different kinds on that whole Eurasian continent.
