GRASS FED CROSS CUT RIB ROAST

Slow cooked in the crock pot. 6 hours.
Add fresh rosemary and thyme.
And potatoes, rainbow carrots, kohlrabi and fennel.
Pull that chunk out, cut and eat.

  1. Apart fom the usual "yum", I'm thinkin a nice little Barbera or the old safety grape, Pinot Noir. Too good Nelson, gastronomy kicks butt !!!
