ALL NIGHT AND DAY BRISKET

This chunk of brisket had been in the slow cooker all night and part of the day today. Finally took it out and cut it open.

Amazingly tender and juicy! Rubbed with A1 Steak Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, celery seed. No salt needed.
