LEFT OVER SPICY CURRIED PORK CHOP

...chopped up with left over brown rice and some frozen veggies. A little vegetable oil, black pepper, some shoyu and it's fried rice paradise.

Was going to add eggs (or fry one and lay it on top) but our chickens had the day off.
