TAMAGO GOHAN

One of my lifetime favs. Fresh raw egg over piping hot rice. Some shoyu and furikake (rice seasoning) and its heaven.

    OMG this is one of my all-time childhood faves!! At my house we'd call it Tamago Kakke Gohan (like eggs over rice). So ono!!
