Had somen with okra. It was so, so good. I know the okra might look a little yucky and slimy but it was such a delight. Never had it with okra before.

The okra was lightly boiled then quickly sautéed with a little garlic. And in case you didn't know, the noodles are then put into the dipping sauce. Dang.
