Had the Saba Shioyaki and Tempura combo.
|Saba Shioyaki is grilled, salted mackerel with grated daikon and a cute pickled little something. The saba was done perfect. Small but very meaty piece and de-boned pretty well too.|
|Tempura is good here. In fact, I thought it was much better here than the tempura house Komatsu in Torrance that actually closed down. Actually, I thought Komatsu was overpriced and their tempura sucked.|
Oh, and by the way, never EVER, for the rest of your life, order any sort of teriyaki combo plates from any real Japanese restaurants for the rest of your natural life. Unless you want to eat what the suckers eat.
