Bunch of my friends have had this here at my parents house in Mililani. One of my all time favorite Japanese dishes, eaten family style in a shallow pot.

Shirataki noodles, tofu, thinly sliced beef, Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, egg, all simmered in a sweet sukiyaki sauce.

You dip it in a raw egg mix and eat it over rice.
