Never tried this brand of Portuguese Sausage before until this morning. Pretty good, very mildly spicy if anything.

Partnered it up with a Kale & Monterrey Jack Cheese Omelet. I like the sausage slightly burnt-style.

  1. Yup, any kind of spicy sausage gotta be burned just a little bit. Otherwise it just doesn't taste as good as it could.
