BAKED EGGS and BACON

I have nothing to say today, other than the fact that I had fresh eggs baked on a bed of Swiss chard.



And bacon Bacon BACON on the side!

    Nice...Chard is good. I missed breakfast so went straight in for the roast duck in ginger,orange and honey served with stir fry rice noodles..sticky goodness ;)
