Tamago Gohan is the best. My dad would make it for me and him since we were the only one's that liked it. I still make it once in awhile to this day.

Basically its "I got to eat a lot of different good food in California but sometimes its back to the basics. Tamago Gohan (raw egg over rice with a little sprinkle of seasoning) and a little fish has such an amazing but yet basic flavor. My my mom reads this blog sometimes so I hope I don't get scolded for putting seasoning over my Tamago Gohan."
