TAMAGO GOHAN

これまでカリフォルニアで食べれる上手いもんを沢山食べてきたけど、たまには基本に戻ってクラシックなもんもいいものだ。

卵かけご飯と残りもののちょっとの魚は旨いぜ!

俺のお袋は卵かけごはんにフリカケをかけろと言ったもんだから、お袋がこのブログを見てない事を祈るぜ。

  1. Tamago Gohan is the best. My dad would make it for me and him since we were the only one's that liked it. I still make it once in awhile to this day.

  3. Basically its "I got to eat a lot of different good food in California but sometimes its back to the basics. Tamago Gohan (raw egg over rice with a little sprinkle of seasoning) and a little fish has such an amazing but yet basic flavor.

    My my mom reads this blog sometimes so I hope I don't get scolded for putting seasoning over my Tamago Gohan."
