| I heard from Sensei Haley that I had been missing out at Fuji's Burgers, that its not just about the burgers there. Had to investigate! |

| Fuji's just opened a Fountain Valley location, about 2 blocks from our new office. |

| Started out with spinach salad. Very simple. |

| And then the bomb. Charsiu Fried Rice Burrito. Holy shit, it was good! |

| The nice lady there, Mrs. Fuji (her family moved to CA from Hilo!) told me I should try it with avocado, which I did. The combo of charsiu fried rice, avocado, a little cheese then wrapped in a flour tortilla doesn't sound like it would work. But trust me, it does! |
