My fathers day dinner request - Oxtail Adobo! Simmered in a pot for almost 4 hours mainly with sugar cane vinegar, garlic and Aloha Shoyu. The oxtails were then lightly grilled over coals then served back into the sauce it was bathed in over brown rice. Had it for dinner twice in a row.
One of the very few cats in my neighborhood not at risk of the Long Beach Coyotes thats been taking care of business lately.
