BOWL OF PITAYA

Had it this before at Birdie Bowl in Costa Mesa but I bought a couple packs at the local organic rip off market the other day.

I didn't think it was quite as good as açai but pretty fucking close. Used frozen banana, strawberries & blueberries with coconut water to blend into the bowl and serve. Try it if you get the chance.
