...grilled sandwich is more than just that. It's a tuna melt using line caught ahi from Bruddah Stevie's hook up. Thick cuts of cheddar, a few dashes of my renewed favorite Tabasco, some sweet relish and light Best Foods mayo. 

Don't forget the old faithful tuna sandwich, from a pole or can - no matter!
