BEST KIMCHI?

Quite possibly the best I've had in years. Several years. Maybe even the best since I've moved to the mainland.
Wesley, one of the ladies at our academy, hooked me up with jar of her mom's home made delight. It was exactly the type of kimchi I like, the sweet/spicy style. I don't like the overly pickled type. Homegirl's half Korean so she knew she had the good kine!

So I took it home, had a small bite, and new I needed to eat it with something GOOD. I happen to have shoyu chicken wings, fresh greens and rice. Had an amazing lunch that day. 

Dang, I miss this kimchi.
