I THINK I JUST...

...reached my fried rice peak.

Had a small BBQ last night with a bunch of left overs this morning. Aloha BBQ sauce pork, celery, carrots, asparagus, garlic, egg scrambled inside and sunny side up on top.

Always best to use slightly dried out, day-old brown rice.
