PEPE TIME #25

I have a friend named Pepe.
He's pretty funny and I like to keep a log of all the funny things he says and does.

ADOPT A DOG

Pepe: hey I'm at the dog pound right now, dude!

Me: did you find a dog you like? I bet there's a ton of pit bulls.

Pepe: fuck, so many! more than half I think mostly mixed but I got one right here that's so cool.

Me: cool, take him home.

Pepe: he's just chillin', sitting right next to me! I think this is the one.

Me: make sure you save the receipt.

Pepe: what?

Me: just kidding. take him home.



Day one

...riiiiiiing... riiiiiiing....

Me: yo.

Pepe: this dog is fucking with me, dude.

Me: what?

Pepe: seriously, Duster is totally fucking with me.

Me: Uuuuh, dogs don't really have that ability to 'fuck with you'.

Pepe: he's fucking pissing me off, dude. listen, I know dogs.


Day Two

Pepe: hey dude, Duster is so fucking stupid. I'm taking him back.

Me: how is he stupid?

Pepe: he just is dude. I'll put something down for him to lay on but he'll go lay somewhere else.

Me: that's it?

Pepe: all kindsa shit. just trust me, dude, this dog is stupid. I've known dogs ALL MY LIFE.


Day Five

Pepe: Duster is such a rad dog!

Me: right on. what happened?

Pepe: nothing! he's just RAD!


End Of Week One

Pepe: I'm taking him back.

Me: that sucks. if I didn't already have Sly, I'd take him. I think Richelle said she'd take him if you don't want him.

Pepe: whatever. I don't want him.

Months Later

Me: oh shit! you have Duster's name in the concrete!

Pepe: yeah, hahaha! so what?

Me: that means you can't threaten to take him back anymore.

Pepe: what are you talking about, dude? he's such a rad dog, I'd never give him up!
